Refunds & Returns

If you have purchased goods which are incorrect or damaged, you have the right to return the goods to The Pet Medicine Company Limited if:

  • You contact us within 1 working day of receiving your order.
  • The goods are unopened.
  • The goods have been damaged in transit to you from us (not once you have received them and are in your possession).
  • You return the goods within 3 days of receiving them. (If return is deemed to be our mistake, we will arrange for collection. If return is customers error, the customer arranges the return of goods).

In providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us to take payment in full for the applicable prescription charges, postage and packing charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms.

Refunds, if applicable, can only be made to the card originally used for payment.
